Zombie Volunteer Information:
Wed Oct 20th:  Mandatory Volunteer Meeting and Training.  Pick up Uniforms
                           CRHS Lecture Hall   
                           Concessions/Ticket Sales - 5:30
                           Security/Greeters/Chaperones/Crowd Control - 6:30-7:30
                           Nurses - 7:30 - 8:30
Thurs Oct 21st  :  Mandatory Volunteer Meeting and Training for Military Leaders - 6:30-8:00

Friday/Saturday  Volunteer Schedule:
4:45 - 5:00 p.m. - Volunteer Check In/ Costume Check out/Set Up assignments
5:00 - 5:15 p.m. - Friday:  Dinner  (Pizza will be available for volunteers in the cafeteria.
                                   Saturday:  Costume Checkout
5:30-6:30 p.m.      Set-Up (Barricades, Tables, Tents, Etc.).  Please report to the area supervisor and                                             get instructions on what to set up. 
6:30-6:45 p.m.      Last Minute Business
6:45 p.m.                 Report to Duty Stations / Ticket Sales Start
7:00 -1:00 a.m      ZOMBIE EXPERIENCE PERFORMANCE

Parent volunteers can go through the experience once, after ALL the groups have gone through.


STRIKE: 
Does not begin on either night until ALL groups have completed their experience.
- Tents / Tables / Supplies to Lecture Hall
- Barricades stacked in designated location.  (Orange netting rolled up and brought to black box).
- Don't forget the parking lot barricades.
- All Direction yard signs and banners collected and put in the black box.
- All trash picked up outside
- Turn in costumes if not working on Saturday!
- Turn in costume on Saturday night!

* If helping with strike on Saturday, please fill out the GOOGLE strike form so we can give you a volunteer assignment.  Report to the Strike supervisor for the area and get instructions on what needs to be put away or cleaned.
