In order to fundraise at Moody or HEB, you must get your Food Handlers and TABC License by completing the certification courses.

Then Add Your Name under the Shift(s) You Want to Work
Family Fundraising email will confirm if your shift is accepted and will send a calendar invite as well as an email with details.
Please keep in mind that shifts are not guaranteed by signing your name to the spreadsheet below.
After you sign up, our Family Fundraising Chair will submit volunteer numbers to the Moody Center.
If your shift is approved, you’ll receive an email and calendar invite with your arrival time and shift details.
If not, you’ll also receive a confirmation email letting you know.
Moody cares that we deliver the number of volunteers we promised:
If you cannot make your shift:
If available, a “sub” name may be on the sign up sheet for an event.
If not, go to the Volunteer tab to see a list of volunteers that could cover/pick up your committed event.
1st time you “no show” for a shift or are late for a shift:
You will not be scheduled again for 2 months.
2nd time you “no show” or are late:
You will be removed from the volunteer group.
If the Booster Club incurs a fee due to a volunteer being late, absent or violating any Moody rule, the volunteer will be responsible for reimbursing the Booster Club for that fee from their Moody proceeds.
